ROYAL COMMISSION FOR MECCA

No one was more surprised than I was to stand in front of the Kaaba with the last name Fierman. We were hired to create a film to support the new strategic vision for the Holy Cities. It was one of the rare occasions where my ability to speak Arabic was more than a parlour trick - as I helped write the script, facilitate the shoot and ensure the film lived up to the undeniably ambitious plans for Mecca.
