ROOM TO GROW

To help boost sales for a failing development, I took a different approach to real-estate advertising; don’t show the house, show the “home” inside. Rather than advertise product features through better CGI, we told a human story that used the house as the backdrop, rather than the hero.

The campaign helped Villanova become Dubai's #1 best-selling residential development of its year.
